Reason ◆ Resilience ◆ Respect
This week's value is co-operation. How can we work well with others? How can we allow others to help us?
The Mount School is a wonderful place to be. Being a thriving school community is very important to us. We work alongside families to ensure the best possible outcomes for the children, whether this be academic, social or emotional. Our core values of Reason, Resilience, Respect help to guide us.
Our children are accessing education at a time when the world is changing. It is our aim to prepare children to be resilient and well-equipped to deal with any challenges that they may face. This includes looking after their own wellbeing and being resourceful in making the best of difficult situations.
We want to make the most of every minute that we spend together at school. Understanding that children may have very different starting points and needs, we aim to help every child to reach their potential. Our talented, nurturing staff are able to both challenge and support children, providing an engaging curriculum and exciting first-hand experiences.
We use Class Dojo and Parent Hub to communicate messages between school and home and organise many events over the course of the year to allow families to share in and celebrate their child’s learning. We would be delighted to speak to you further about our school and we are happy to organise visits to the school to allow you to see this for yourself.
With best wishes,
Mrs Kate Eastwood
Acting Head Teacher
